Notably transitioning his analytical insight to agriculture, Jason has spent the last three years as an agricultural consultant, advising on sustainable and organic farming practices.
Driven by his dedication to eco-friendly and socially responsible methods, Jason is deeply passionate about promoting sustainable planting. He has become a vocal advocate for integrating organic techniques into farming. His unique blend of expertise makes him a sought-after consultant who combines a meticulous understanding of human behavior with a commitment to the environment.

Chun Pong Ng
Chun Pong Ng, widely recognized as Pong, stands at the forefront of engineering innovation. With an impressive career since 1979, he has pioneered the development of sustainable energy solutions across the globe. Pong brings a rich tapestry of expertise spanning civil engineering, construction, tax accounting, and a profound knowledge of green technologies.
His strategic vision as a Board Advisor has been instrumental in steering a multi-billion dollar development project in the San Francisco Bay Area. His insights into waste-to-energy systems, contamination remediation, and many green technologies have made him a key figure in sustainable development.

Deryck Wade, BS, MDE
An accomplished pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device executive who has over 35 years of leadership experience researching and bringing FDA-approved drugs, biologics, and medical devices to market for the benefit of patients in need in the United States and globally.
Deryck worked for numerous pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, reaching the level of Vice President, Clinical Operations. His experience extended across several therapeutic areas and numerous clinical programs, namely Infectious Diseases, Stem Cell Transplantation, Oncology, Diabetes/Continuous Glucose Monitoring, Vaccines, Allergy & and Asthma, and Solid Organ Transplantation. Four clinical programs ultimately resulted in successful FDA approvals.
Deryck transitioned into sustainability in 2009, where he leveraged the same scientific rigor exhibited while in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology space to identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency, conserve resources, and decrease the overall carbon footprint of organizations. In this regard, his interests are specifically centered on researching and elevating the use of safe, non-toxic, sustainable technologies that improve human health and well-being and restore the environment without negatively impacting economic growth.
Deryck holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from The City College of New York (CCNY) and is a graduate of the UCLA Anderson School of Management – Management Development for Entrepreneurs (MDE) program.
